RETURNS POSTAGE COSTS IS PAYABLE BY THE CUSTOMER
We do exchange on all items (apart from earrings) within 14 days from the day you receive the item if it is unused, untainted & Undamaged and unopened .
Once we receive your item an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, Please note; we are happy to exchange the items if they are in good condition. Items which are subject to rejection of an exchange are items used, damaged or worn.
where there is a genuine fault we will correct this as soon as possible.
